The
Ground
Another
first ground visit, this time it was the New
Den. Millwall has a horrible surrounding and
a bad reputation. Good job we parked in the
away supporters car park. The New Den is a
simple four stand ground, early 90's at it's
best.
From
The Outside
From
the outside the ground looked ok, when inside
the ground didn't look that good. The match
attendance was only 7,000 which is very poor
for Millwall who reached the F.A cup final
in 2004.

Facilities
There
was plenty of toilets to use for the away fans.
The beer was good, but a bit pricey at £2.30
for a pint of Foster. What can you expect in
London?
The
Stadium
The
stadium was ok, I wasn't vastly impressed.
The only thing that stood out was the big screen
in the corner which was good to watch the goals
on straight after they went in.
Conclusion
Not
the best of grounds, I'll not be visiting the
New Den again. The day out in a whole was good,
another three points on the road was a big
plus point for North End.
